Frequently Asked Questions

6 FAQs
What are the eligibility criteria for admission?
The school is specifically for adult women (typically 18 years and above) who wish to complete their secondary education. There is no upper age limit. Applicants usually need to provide proof of previous schooling, though the school may offer bridge courses for those with significant gaps.
What is the medium of instruction?
The primary medium of instruction is likely the state's regional language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.), with English taught as a subject. Please contact the school administration directly for the specific language used.
What is the fee structure?
As a government-aided school, the fees are nominal or heavily subsidized. There may be minimal charges for registration, examinations, or study materials. Financial assistance or fee waivers are often available for eligible students.
What is the class schedule like?
Classes are held during the day, but the exact timings (e.g., morning or afternoon shifts) are designed to be convenient for adult learners. The schedule is typically fixed for the academic year and shared upon admission.
Which board is the school affiliated with?
The school is most likely affiliated with the respective State Board of Secondary Education. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent from that state board.
