The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the Class 12 supplementary examination results for 2026. The announcement was made on Wednesday, with students gaining immediate access to their scorecards through the DigiLocker Results Portal.

In a post on X, CBSE stated that the Class XII Supplementary Examination Results 2026 were declared on the same day. The results are available on the DigiLocker Results Portal at https://results.digilocker.gov.in.

According to a press release from CBSE, the supplementary examination catered to three distinct categories of students. Compartment Candidates were those who failed to secure qualifying marks in one of the five mandatory subjects. Candidates with Six Subjects had passed by substituting a main subject with an additional subject but wished to reappear in the main subject they had not passed. Improvement Candidates had already passed but sought to enhance their performance in a single subject.

The press release also highlighted that the pass percentage for compartment candidates in 2025 stood at 38.36%. This figure offers a comparative context for this year's results.

Schools will receive school-wise results through their registered email addresses. Additionally, schools can access students' digital academic documents via the CBSE repository using the credentials provided. CBSE-affiliated schools abroad will also enable their students to view results and digital documents through the DigiLocker portal.

Printed MarkSheet-cum Passing Certificates for regular students, including those studying overseas, will be distributed through their respective schools. Private candidates will receive digital academic documents via the portal. However, private candidates under the Delhi East and Delhi West Regional Offices must collect printed documents from their examination centres.

Details regarding post-result facilities will be announced separately through an official circular. Candidates with queries are advised to contact [email protected] or reach out to their respective CBSE Regional Offices or CBSE Tele-Helplines, as mentioned in the press release.
