A KPMG 2025 report further notes that 65% of CEOs are actively investing in AI to drive business growth, with a focus on resilience, risk management, and workforce transformation.
The programme develops next-generation corporate strategy capabilities through AI-driven trend analytics, adaptive change management, and smart portfolio management. It also strengthens business-technology alignment, enhances AI-powered business analytics, and builds strategic innovation leadership for decision-making in a digital business environment.
This 8-month course is best suited for mid-to-senior level executives seeking strategic advancement, entrepreneurs across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and project management, corporate strategists and functional heads aiming for cross-functional expertise, team leaders and senior managers aspiring to strategic leadership roles, and professionals with 5+ years of industry exposure preparing for C-suite readiness.
The curriculum includes seven modules: Leading with strategy and business growth, Managerial accounting and corporate valuation, Becoming a transformational leader, Organisational design, Theory of constraints for strategic decision-making, Developing customer centricity in organisations, and Digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
Programme delivery features a 3-day on-campus immersion at IIM Indore, followed by live online sessions every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 01:15 PM. Eligibility requires 5+ years work experience and a minimum of 50% marks in graduation.
